Cashew mayonnaise is a rich, dairy-free choice to traditional mayo—perfect for anyone seeking healthy, plant-based spreads. With just a handful of ingredients, you’ll create a creamy dip. It’s ready for all your favorite meals, from sandwiches to Buddha bowls!


Ingredients


2-4 servings

  • 1/2 bowl soaked cashews
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Pinch pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper Powder


Cooking Instructions

Soak cashews for 10 minutes in warm water.

Add all the ingredients together in a jar and blend to a smooth paste for 30 seconds.
And.. healthy mayo is ready to serve!
